She is Coordinator and Lecturer of the Master’s in Innovation and Gastronomic Management (IQS / Hofmann) and a master’s lecturer at Barcelona Culinary Hub. With over 30 years of experience in the economic and operational management of restaurants and restaurant groups, she has worked on the professionalisation of gastronomic projects, supporting owners and management teams in strategic decision-making focused on profitability, efficiency and sustainable growth.
