Since June 2021 I have been leading Save up Market, from where we offer the purchasing control and supplier management service for the HORECA sector. I began my professional career as Purchasing Director at Grupo Alessa. In May 2007 I joined Hesperia Hotels, as F&B Purchasing Manager. In 2010 I was part of the team that led the start-up of Coperama, developing the functions of head of strategic purchasing and later those of Director of Expansion and Operations.
