She began her career in a more ‘hands-on’ gastronomy environment, where she discovered her passion for hospitality. In 2018, she enrolled at the Barcelona School of Hospitality and Tourism. At the age of 20, she joined Mont Bar, where she became head of service in 2022. She completed stages at Lasarte and Frantzén. She took part in the opening of Barro, directed Varra, and is currently manager of El Señor Martín.
