My name is Lydia Nieto, and eleven years ago I identified a hospitality category that didn’t yet exist as such: brunch. I first discovered it in Bali, where I was struck by the food, the format, the concept, and the quality of the product behind it.
From that experience, I created Brunchit, a company that started as a pilot test and has now grown into 20 operating restaurants in Spain and Portugal, with an ongoing international expansion project.
