Juan Antonio Medina

Juan Antonio Medina, Executive Chef of Mabel Hospitality, is a Madrid-born chef known for his strong classical training and contemporary vision. Educated at the Madrid Hotel School, he spent 21 years at Zalacaín, 11 as head chef, regaining three Repsol Suns. He trained with leading restaurants such as Arzak, El Bulli and Dal Pescatore. He led A’Barra to a Michelin Star and joined Mandarin Oriental Ritz. Since 2022 he oversees TATEL and new ventures like Casa Salesas, promoting modern Spanish tradition.
