From a background in computer science and mathematics to food content creation, which I have been pursuing full-time for the past year after taking a leave of absence.
I enjoy discovering both new and established places, as long as they have a story, a solid project, or something beyond the product itself to be shared.
I approach storytelling from a creative and approachable perspective, away from sensationalism. I believe food should be enjoyed with respect and admiration, acknowledging the complexity of the hospitality industry.
