Fabio Zummo began his culinary journey in 1993, driven by a passion for cooking and for sharing emotions linked to tradition and childhood food memories. His career ranges from Costa Cruises and tourist destinations in Tuscany and Greece to hotels and restaurants across Italy, as well as Michelin-starred kitchens in France, Greece, and the UK. After joining RATIONAL as Chef and Regional Sales Manager, he embraced the challenge of showing how technology can support food professionals. A specialist in Italian cuisine he has been managing Key Accounts in Iberia and Portugal at Frigicoll for the past three years.
