Ángela de Haro
She holds a degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from the Basque Culinary Center and began her career at Disfrutar Restaurant (three Michelin stars, Barcelona). She later transitioned into management, taking on a leadership role at Magoga (Cartagena), focused on process optimization and operational efficiency. She is currently Director of Operations at Cooking Numbers and Director of the Master’s Degree in Innovation and Gastronomic Management at Hofmann, combining professional practice and teaching.
