INFORESIDENCIAS | “Here, Food Matters”: How to Add Value to Nutrition in Care Homes

For over 25 years, Inforesidencias has been promoting transparency and quality in the residential care sector, helping to build trust and ensure rigorous standards in the care of older adults. Following this same philosophy, Aquí se come bien (Here We Eat Well) was created, a tool that highlights something as essential as food through images and data visible to everyone. The project aims to showcase the daily reality of meals, encourage continuous improvement, and recognize the good work of care homes. This presentation is designed for professionals who believe that caring also means feeding residents well, with transparency, dignity, and pride in the work done every day in care homes.
