Valerie is the Investment Director of Wellder, a SOCIMI created in 2022 by Renta Corporación and APG to invest in the Spanish healthcare and senior living sector. Wellder is listed on BME Scaleup and currently has a portfolio of 13 assets with a value of over €125 million. Previously, Valerie was involved in the commercial assets department at Renta, with value-add transactions in hotel and office assets. She is a graduate of ESADE Business School.
