Hello, I’m Sílvia and I’m the HR Manager at Hilton Madrid Airport. I’ve been working in Human Resources for about 10 years, most of them within Hilton, which has truly been my professional home. I started my career in 2015 at Hilton Diagonal Mar Barcelona as an HR Officer, where I discovered my passion for the industry. In 2021, I spent some time in a labor consultancy and then moved to Madrid to join the hotel as an HR Executive. Six months later, I was promoted to Assistant Director of HR, and a year after that I took on the leadership of the department as HR Manager.
