Rafael holds a degree in Law and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management. He has more than two decades of experience in strategic people management and labor relations in complex corporate environments, having held management positions in various companies. Since 2009, he has led the Human Resources department at Hoteles Elba as Corporate HR Director.
