Gaditano, Naval Technical Engineer with a Master’s in Production Management from the University of Seville, certified in Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence by UMass, and holder of the PDG from IESE and ADECA from San Telmo. Following senior engineering roles in the automotive sector with Delphi Manufacturing System, I transitioned to the food industry 27 years ago. I served as Plant Director for Cadbury Schweppes and Operations Director for Andros Food in Spain. Since 2005, I have been with Maheso, where I have had the privilege of serving as CEO since 2020.
