Jake Seyhan
I am 29 years old and from Hamburg, Germany. I studied for one and a half years at the Culinary Institute of Barcelona (CIB), where I developed my passion for the gastronomic industry and gained valuable experience. Afterwards, I completed two internships: first at the Italian restaurant Benzina in Barcelona, and finally a three-month internship at the legendary Osteria Francescana in Modena, which marked a defining highlight of my culinary journey.
