Giacomo Garini

Graduated in Management, with a consulting background with a focus on the banking sector. In October 2023, he co-founded Focacciamo, an Italian fast-casual food brand that currently operates five locations in Madrid. As co-founder, he is responsible for the overall management of the company, with a particular focus on operations.
