Davide Rovagnati
Born near Lake Como, he came to the Soča Valley in search of nature – and found much more. Between mountain runs and quiet evenings by the river with a glass of wine, Davide has spent the past three years shaping his voice at Hiša Franko. His world is built on fermentation books, wild herbs, and the quiet thrill of a perfectly composed pairing. After two years working alongside Anja, he now co-leads the beverage program with our head-sommelier Lucasz and front-of-house manager Alan – a trio bringing fresh perspective and deep focus to what we pour.
