Adrián Ciaurriz is a pastry chef and gastronomic creative with an international, concept-driven background. Born in San Sebastián, he trained in professional cooking before specializing in restaurant pastry at Espaisucre (Barcelona), where he later worked as Head Chef and lecturer. His career includes experience at Chocolate Academy Barcelona and Noma (Copenhagen). He was named one of the 100 Young Talents of Gastronomy by Basque Culinary Center. He currently works at Hofmann BCN, combining gastronomy, critical thinking and communication.
