Toni Serra Torres

Toni Serra has 20 years of experience in executive positions in healthcare companies and in consultancy, both in the private and public sectors. His most recent position has been that of South Territorial Director of HM Hospitales, leading the implementation of the company in Malaga, as well as forming part of its Management Committee. He has also carried out more than 100 organisational transformation projects, including the King Faisal Hospital in Rwanda, among others.
