Born in Madrid and with an early vocation for service and creativity. The first years were spent in everything related to the dining room and management until one day the doors of a kitchen opened and a new way of expressing ideas through the preparation of dishes. After seeing that a part of service was always missing from the creativity that the kitchen provided, my working personality was born. More than 15 years have passed since this story and an endless number of projects and learning.
