Publicist specialising in digital marketing and gastronomy. Founder and director of ComerJapones.com, a reference website on Japanese gastronomy, where he works for different institutions and brands. He teaches at several universities and, with the Japan Foundation, has given many lectures on sake and Japanese gastronomy at the Japanese embassies of a dozen countries. He has received three decorations from the Japanese government.
