Pierre-Louis is managing partner and founder of CHE, a European hotel investment manager, asset manager and operator with c. 300m€ AUM. Pierre-Louis has spent 10 years at Algonquin and Schroders Real Estate Hotels before creating CHE.
CHE opened an office in Barcelona in a view to deploy capital in Iberia and South Europe. All hotels currently held in the portfolio are directly managed by CHE. The company can invest in all detention models (PropCo, OpCo, HMA, franchise, direct management).
