Pello Noriega, Chef of the Castru Gaiteru Restaurant (Llanes, Asturias), has won the 5th edition of the National Russian Salad Championship held at the San Sebastián Gastronomika Congress 2022 Ambassador of Landscape Cuisine, and has been proclaimed winner of this culinary challenge that seeks to reward the restaurant that best prepares one of the star recipes of Spanish gastronomy, a traditional recipe but open to new versions. From 2023, he is the new Hellmann’s ambassador in Spain.
