I have a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Complutense University of Madrid. Since 1996 I joined the Quality Department of McDonald’s and I have had different roles that have allowed me to develop a transversal vision of the needs of the business and customers. Director of Purchasing, Quality and Sustainability, I lead the Food Marketing Plan Execution Group and I am part of the Purchasing Committee with Franchisees.
