Max Hernández Orpinell

On a professional level, I have always been involved in the real estate sector. I started my career at PwC, in the Corporate Finance department (with a focus on Real Estate). After 2 years, I jumped to the family business, Renta Corporación, where I have been involved in the creation of investment vehicles with foreign institutional capital. Throughout these 6 years, my main focus has been the investment and management of residential rental property (with the creation of the SOCIMI Vivenio); and more recently, dedicating myself to the elderly care home sector (with the recent launch of the SOCIMI Wellder).
