Massimo and Stefano Colombo, Italian twins who started their steps in Spanish gastronomy more than twenty years ago with the restaurant Xemei, in Poble Sec, and Bar Brutal, a reference in the world of natural wine, launched the project MANDORLA MISTICA, S.L. in 2020 together with their partners MAMMAFIORE and FRIME, a factory of fresh pizzas vacuum-packed with the vocation to lead the premium pizza segment in the retail world.
