Marcelo Castiglioni

Marcelo Castiglioni was born in Buenos Aires in 1978 where he spent his childhood and adolescence. He finished high school with a specialisation in electromechanics (FP2) and followed that path at the University of La Matanza while working for NCR as a field technician repairing ATMs, until one day he discovered his true passion, cooking. Inherited from his grandfather and many family gatherings where his home was the epicentre. In 2002 he finished his gastronomic training at the IAG.
