Marc Molas Serra

Currently founding partner and Co-CEO at BYPILLOW which manages more than 20 hotels in 10 different cities in Spain. Marc has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance. He has successfully advised more than 25 sell-side transactions, 15 buy-side acquisitions, more than 50 lease agreements, 18 management contracts and 5 franchise agreements. He co-founded Planet Hotels & Resorts in 2007, a boutique hotel M&A integrated by Deloitte in 2017.
