All my life working in restaurants and I still enjoy the pleasure of learning something new and sharing it. I started washing dishes and after becoming general manager I decided to help from consulting, creating new concepts and expanding brands. I consider myself an innovator, disruptor and an effective coach. Attentive to digitalization processes, HR and new hospitality concepts, including food delivery, virtual brands or robotics in which I am involved among other projects.
