Position:
After working in the field of haute cuisine and, in the last stage, at Solla, Lydia del Olmo and Xosé Magalhaes made their debut as entrepreneurs in August 2020 with the opening of Ceibe, a gastronomic space in Orense, where they won a Michelin star last November. A key axis of their business is the sustainability of schedules aimed at staff care.
