Argentinian bartender and mixologist with two and a half decades dedicated to the cocktail and hospitality industry. Awarded Best Bartender by the World Class Competition Spain in 2021, he runs House of Mixology, his bartending school in Madrid founded in 2012. He is the creator of Mixolosense, an ephemeral cocktail experience, and Luis Inchaurraga cocktails, haute cuisine catering. He also works as a cocktail consultant both nationally and internationally.
