Lucía Grávalos López

With family roots in Calahorra and training in various haute cuisine spaces, Lucía Grávalos returned to Madrid at the end of last year to open Amicitia with Albert Jubany (head of Eth Bistró, in Vielha, Lleida) and Juan Carlos Navia (Carnívora, Badajoz) -in charge of management-. Two years ago, he had already been in the capital with a previous project (Mentica, where he had won a Sol from the Repsol Guide).
