An Almerian who has always been dedicated to agriculture and for 22 years has been HIBRIDA between Agriculture and Gastronomic Tourism. Clisol Turismo Agrícola offers visitors a tour of the protected agriculture of Almeria, through gastronomic visits, showing a production that respects the environment. In the last seven years, she has participated as a lecturer in the Gastronomic Tourism Master of the BASQUE CULINARY CENTER.
