Lluc Crusellas

Lluc Crusellas, 27 years old and from Santa Eulàlia de Riuprimer, began his professional career in the dessert section of Can Juvany and continued his career through the Hofmann and Espaisucre schools. His first stage in his career began in the Barcelona patisserie and it was at the age of 21 that he landed at the Carme de Vic, where he started this small-big project that led him to become the best chocolatier in the world in October 2022.
