Born in Madrid in 1985, I studied economics at the Complutense University of Madrid. After graduating, I started a period of work in which I combined positions ranging from consulting to international business development. In 2018 I decided to give professional shape to the passion of my life, cooking, and founded Juanchos bbq. I currently serve as CEO of the company, which has 8 locations and is one of the most recognized brands of burgers in Madrid.
