Jorge Álvarez Diéguez

I consider myself restless, creative and innovative. I try to be coherent with my values in order to have the emotional balance that is so important nowadays. I highlight four values above the rest: Attitude, Passion, Constancy and Humour. In 2014 I decided to do a master’s degree in coaching, NLP and educational coaching. All this training has given me a very different vision of how to manage people. I base my management on people, because I am convinced that happy people equals profitable companies.
