Currently Co-founder and Ceo of UDON, the country’s leading Asian restaurant chain. I belong to a family of restaurateurs with more than 100 years of tradition. I have acquired my professional experience in different multinationals in different countries, as well as managing several hotels. I collaborate as a lecturer and speaker in different Spanish universities, as well as in congresses of the sector. Co-author of the book La Despensa Japonesa.
