I have been a gastronomic journalist since 2013, when I co-founded the website Gastronomistas.com. From 2014 to 2019 I coordinated the website Cocinatis.com for Atresmedia and I am currently part of the team of Cata Mayor, the gastronomy section of El Periódico de España/El Periódico de Catalunya. I also collaborate with numerous media, from Grupo Prisa supplements such as Shopping & Style to corporate magazines such as Renfe’s Club +.
