Javier Rueda Perpiña

After developing his professional career in different management positions and in multinational retail and catering companies, in 2017 he arrived at Grupo la Maquina, and joined the Tejedor family to contribute his grain of sand in the company. Passionate and a lover of good food, he defines that in the kitchen, in order to cook well, you have to cook with passion and affection. And, of course, he believes that good food is where friendships, business and happiness are forged.
