Izaskun Zurbitu Aldama

Coordinator and lecturer in the area of Business Innovation at the Basque Culinary Center, Izaskun Zurbitu holds a degree in Food Technology and a master’s degree in Market Research from Johns Hopkins (USA). With experience in consulting and promotion of gastronomy in many European markets, she mentors and works with entrepreneurs and students in the design of their business models and projects related to catering and the world of wine.
