Position:
Journalist specialising in cocoa and chocolate, she is dedicated to the promotion of fine chocolate. She was Technical Director of the International Chocolate Fair in Madrid, Chocomad in 2009. She is Director of the Escuela de Chocolate de Madrid and creator of the Madrid Chocolate Festival. Lecturer in Spain, Honduras, Brazil, Mexico and Venezuela. She has developed an “experience” around chocolate for companies. She runs the only Chocolate Tasting Room in the world in the centre of Madrid.
