Position:

Born in Mendoza (Argentina), he decided to pursue culinary training in his hometown and travel to Spain. In 2015, together with Carito Lourenço, he created Tándem Gastronómico, from where they offer advice and training for professionals in the restaurant industry. Then came Fierro and in 2021 he received his first Michelin Star. The Tándem project is completed with Doña Petrona, La Central de Postres and Petite Brioche.
