Position:

After studying Biology, Economics and an MBA, I started my activity in catering companies, occupying different positions, Head of Central Kitchen, Operations Manager, Purchasing Manager, Expansion Manager and General Manager. In 1999, I started my activity in Hospitals. I completed my training with different Master’s Degrees, the last one in Retail Management at IE. Currently I am the Corporate Head of Catering at Quironsalud (patient food, cafeterias and vending).
