Creator of her signature chocolate brand Elizabeth Vázquez Chocolatier since 2019. She helps people to express themselves through chocolate. She teaches them the art of working with chocolate through personalised courses. She also offers consultancy for companies in the chocolate sector to improve, for example, their processes or product design.
