Elisabeth Horcher

The history of this family began in 1904 in Berlin, when Gustav Horcher opened a restaurant; he was succeeded by Otto Horcher, who moved to Madrid in 1943, where the saga settled in the second generation. In the third generation, Gustav Horcher – Otto’s son – took over the business. In recent years, his daughter, Elisabeth Horcher, has been running one of Madrid’s most emblematic restaurants in the fourth generation.
