Diego Guerrero

He opened the DSTAgE restaurant in Madrid in July 2014, with two Michelin stars and three suns from the Repsol Guide. In September 2016, his creative space, DSPOT. In November 2016, his book “Irreducible”. In August 2019 he opens DSPEAK, his second project in Madrid with one sun from the REPSOL guide and DPICKLE ROOM, located in the basement of DSPEAK, the chef and Diego Cabrera join forces to create a new concept that combines the Argentinean’s cocktails, several dishes by Guerrero and good music.
