Founder with her partner José Manuel García of Azotea Grupo (founded in 2011 and whose first project was Azotea del Círculo, opened in 2013), journalist Cristina Lasvignes is at the head of a group whose hallmark is the location on rooftops or emblematic places. With restaurants such as NuBel or Picalagartos, they have a geographical presence in Madrid, Andalusia and Mallorca. The group collaborates with social projects such as Gastroescuela Gira Jóvenes, by Coca-Cola, and Cocina Conciencia, by Fundación Raíces.
