Hi, I’m Cristian Balta and I first discovered cocktails when I finished my electrician studies about 12 years ago. Since then I haven’t stopped training myself doing different courses around the world. My greatest passion is flair-bartending, a category in which I competed for several years, even becoming champion of Spain in 2016 and representing the country in the world championship in Copenhagen.
