Carlos Díez de la Lastra (Madrid 1970), CEO of Les Roches (March 2022), is responsible for the management of all sites worldwide. His objective: to place Les Roches at the forefront of digitalisation and innovation in the luxury hotel/tourism sector, and to exploit its international projection as part of Sommet Education. He has +25 years of experience in higher education, the last eight as Managing Director of Les Roches Marbella, where he consolidated his leadership in Spain.
