Carlos Arévalo Moreno
I studied Business Management in Madrid and Hotel Management in Switzerland, and after doing internships in Europe in several hotel companies I joined Mallorca in 2006. In 2008 I started managing the shops, very focused on table service and customer experience. In 2013 I launched the website of Pastelería Mallorca, which is currently the shop with the highest turnover and our big bet for the future.
