Beatriz is a biologist, master in environmental management, master in senior management in policy and strategy of tourism destinations (UNWTO), and specialized in gastronomic tourism with the Basque Culinary Center. She has 20 years of experience in design and development of sustainable tourism projects in Spain, Europe and Latin America, where she lived for more than 15 years. She is currently a senior consultant at Daleph, and is part of the management team of the Tourism Sustainability Plan for the Pla de Mallorca.
